Cornish Pine Shop Counter
A fantastic late 19th century shop counter from West Cornwall.
Fully restored and ready to be the centre piece of a freestanding kitchen.
Two full depth drawers over a full width low level open storage space.
Originally part of a larger shop counter thus not totally symmetrical and having had some later added sections to square it up nicely.
Decorative panelled reverse lending itself to being a central island with attractive all round visibility.
Superb wear and tear helping to tell its story and providing its time-aged character. Lots of old scrapes, knocks and historic worm trails.
This counter has been through our workshop and had a good clean, worm treatment, sand and wax to finish.
Solid, sturdy and kitchen ready.
A cracking freestanding kitchen island.
