Rustic Cherry Farm Table. 1800s
A restored large farmhouse dining table from Pays de la Loire, France, circa mid 1800s.
Four plank solid cherry wood table top with cleated ends and showing rich grain detail and colour. A generously sized frieze drawer to each end with their original wood turned knobs. A base level stretcher provides added strength and stability.
Significant historic worm damage to one end and its stretcher which may deter some. We however adore these scars and believe it purely adds character and areas of interest. Active worm was likely decades ago and the table has been fully treated as a precaution.
Authentically rustic and sympathetically restored to retain its generations of stories and wear.
Comfortably seats 8+ people.

Height: 77cm
Width: 210cm
