Delivery & Collection

  • Yes. We offer delivery throughout mainland UK using trusted furniture couriers and specialist transport partners.

  • Delivery costs vary depending on the size of the item and your location. The correct delivery fee for each item will be detailed within the product listing. Charges range from ‘Option A’ to ‘Option E’ which can be correctly selected at checkout.

  • Delivery times vary depending on the item and destination. In most cases, deliveries are completed within 3–10 working days. We will keep you informed throughout the process.

  • Yes. We can arrange shipping to many international destinations. Please contact us before purchasing for a bespoke shipping quotation.

  • Yes, we welcome collection by prior arrangement from our HQ in Bude, Cornwall. Please contact us to organise a suitable collection time.

Returns & Cancellations

  • We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Return eligibility may vary depending on the item and delivery arrangements. Unless the item has been specifically modified at the customer’s request most purchases have a 14 day return policy. Return delivery is at the customer’s expense. All returns are subject to a full inspection before a refund is released. Please contact us before purchasing if you have any questions.

  • In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of both the item and packaging. All items are insured in transit and we will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Condition & Care

  • Where evidence of historic woodworm is present, affected pieces are professionally treated and inspected before sale. Any relevant information will be included within the product description.
