Attributed to the prestigious 'Dominique' of Faubourg St. Honore, Paris. Founded in 1922 and pioneers of French Art Deco interior design.
This table displays the Dominique characteristics of geometric precision with graceful curves, prominent fluted columns for legs, beautifully turned stretcher and spectacular gravity defying feet, seemingly on 'tip toe'.
Remarkable craftsmanship and luxurious in materials with super grain detail and rich tones throughout.
Excellent condition for age. Lightly refinished with an antique mat wax and given new replacement oak extension leaves for each end.
A highly collectable piece of functional art by one of the most desirable French Art Deco designers.
