A super extra large wooden ladder from Normandy, France.
Circa early 1900s with eight rungs of matching heights on each side.
One or two ad hoc repairs over the years that simply add to the item's character and charm.
Great age and wear all round.
In good original condition including some vintage rope still attached.
Some minor spots of historic worm have been treated and all clear.
Just had a light clean and wax and now ready to go.
Because the rungs are at matching heights this ladder would make a fantastic eight tier shelving display - just pop a reclaimed board on each step and voila.
