A restored cherry wood farmhouse dining table from central France, circa early 20th century.
Single frieze drawer to one end with its wood turned drawer pull and the highly desired extendable bread slide to the other.
The table top was covered to protect from wear for many years so is remarkably clean with minimal signs of age.
Refinished in a semi-mat hard wax oil giving a more rustic character than a traditional antique wax finish. Its tone will become darker and richer with time.
Comfortably seats 6 - 8 people.
