A restored large cherry dining table from Lower Normandy, France, circa late 19th century.
Planked cherry wood table top with cleated ends on decoratively turned bobbin legs.
Two planked oak extension leaves slot in to the ends for added table top length.
Two frieze drawers, one to each side, with decorative brass handles.
Fully restored to retain its warmth of character and wear from age. Its tone will again become darker and richer with light exposure and time.
Comfortably seats 8 people and up to 10-12 with extensions.

Condition Report: Solid, sturdy and fully restored. Both drawer fronts have a minor corner loss but have been rounded to finish. A small section of the table top has been in-filled at one end, professionally finished. Minor signs of historic worm activity have been well treated as a precaution.
